🔹Happiness isn’t a thing you wait for or hope to get
🔹It’s a decision, it’s a choice you make in the morning when you wake, like what clothes you’ll wear or what food you’ll eat; it’s a feeling & feelings are inside of us
🔹It’s a state of mind, a state of heart, a state of soul
🔹It’s what you Choose to BE; not something you attach anywhere else – {good job/house/car/good boyfriend; & what if you lose one of those things – your happiness goes too?
🔹Realize that “the moment” is really all we have
🔹Depressed? You’re spending too much time in your head, worrying about things that have long passed & cannot be changed
🔹Anxious? You’re spending too much time in your head worrying about things that haven’t happened & that you can’t control, imagining the hundreds of ways that things could go wrong
🔹Both are indicators of taking up residency in the wrong place – too much time spent living in your head, with fear & all the associated negative feelings
🔹Connected to love you’re connected to all the other positive feelings as well
🔹Learn to meditate, practice daily – it’ll help you get out of your head & move into your center, your core, your heart, your soul✨
